Tim Goates Photography has been fortunate enough to be the contracted photographer for the Lincoln County Apple Queen Pageant creating the official apple queen portrait that hangs in the Lincoln county cultural center and the queens signature cards.   The day of her session, Ava showed up in her stunning pink evening gown. From the moment I saw the dress, I knew it would make all of the images pop.  As we began setting up the shoot, I couldn't help but feel excited about the potential for the images. The pink dress was a vibrant shade that popped against every backdrop we used, and she looked absolutely stunning in it.  We started the shoot with some simple poses in her "business attire" then moved on to the images with her crown and gown.  She was a natural in front of the camera.  As we moved through the shoot, we played with different lighting setups and angles to really bring out the best in the dress and Ava.  We also created her special custom film along the way.  Photographing Ava was like every other queen I get to work with.... Incredible!
