After getting many incredible images at the studio it was time to move on to the "on location" portion of her senior portrait experience.  Lexy chose the lake.  We arrived on the scene and captured Lexy in various outfits and poses around the lake.  I knew that I wanted to create something unique for her images so we had already planned to photograph her actually getting into the water.  Before we did that though, God gave us a very incredibly beautiful sunset as a backdrop to get some amazing images on.  After we captured all of the "safe" images I then instructed her to get in the water.  I say "safe" because after getting soaked, there won't be any more images.  Lexy happily got into the water.  The water was actually very refreshing on that hot night.  We played around in the water for a bit and captured a few really fun motion images of her in the lake.  I love how it kind of gave us the Dirty Dancing feel..... minus Patrick Swayze.  haha.  All in all I am really pleased with how Lexy's senior portrait experience went and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her.
