As fireworks light up the night sky and the scent of barbecues fills the air, the Fourth of July festivities bring a sense of joy and unity to our hearts. In this blog, we dive into the vibrant world of Olivia, Kyky, and Madi, three friends who were a part of the Tim Goates photography Teen Influencers team and took part in a spirited Fourth of July themed photoshoot. Together, they captured the essence of independence, friendship, and the patriotic spirit in all of the images that we created.

Every year Tim Goates Photography plans a Fourth of July/Americana themed photoshoot and working with these girls was so fun.   Inspired by the iconic red, white, and blue hues, we strived to create a visual representation of a love for country and deep bonds of friendship.

To embody the patriotic theme, Olivia, Kyky, and Madi carefully selected their outfits to reflect the colors of the American flag. Olivia opted for a red white and blue overall, accentuated with a white t-shirt. Kyky chose a stylish red white and blue tie died t-shirt  paired with classic denim shorts, while Madi rocked blue jean overalls that beautifully complemented the ensemble. Their outfits radiated a collective sense of patriotism and unity.

The location of the photoshoot was a small park in Dallas NC.  The small pond and green grass paired with the bright yellow sun was the perfect location, providing a great  setting to capture the essence of the Fourth of July.

As the sun illuminated the park, we had Olivia, Kyky, and Madi pose and skip amidst bursts of laughter and genuine camaraderie. The creepy Ice cream truck showed up and they had to get icicle pops.  Those made for some cute pictures to help push the July fourth summertime theme. 

Wrapped in the American flag scarf, the girls posed playfully, intertwining their arms and creating heartwarming moments that reflected their strong bond. They held sparklers, their faces lit up by the magical glow, capturing the enchantment of Fourth of July celebrations. The photoshoot also featured props such as smoke bombs, bubbles, mini American flags, and real fireworks adding an extra touch of festive flair to the images.

The pictures from the Fourth of July themed photoshoot encapsulated the essence of freedom, friendship, and the patriotic spirit. Each image we created of the girls captured the feel of the fourth.  From their coordinated outfits to their lively poses, the images portrayed the feelings of fun, laughter and friendship.  

I love working with teens and creating fun and unique images.  High school goes by so fast.  It is important to take time to create memories that will last long after high school.  Themed photoshoots like these are a way to do that.
