Lincolnton, NC Senior girl pictures

Bailey, from West Lincoln High School was one of those seniors that was just as sweet as she is gorgeous.  We started her session at the studio with some gel colored lighting that really made her leopard top and black pants really pop.  We then got some casual images in that outfit with her relaxing on the couch.  After a few outfit changes we then incorporated her love for softball into her session.  At Tim Goates Photography we always try to capture who the senior is by adding their hobbies and interests into the session.  I love how we got some casual softball images down to the traditional gum chewing.

Senior Girl Bow Hunter

On location is where we used her love of bow hunting into her session.  We found a pile of firewood and I placed her on top of the pile and we captured her inner "Katness". :). Those images turned out great and I loved them.

High School Senior Girl Golfer

Finally we ended her session on the golf coarse.  Another one of Bailey's interest was golfing so we had to make that a part of her senior year portrait experience.  If golfing is one of your interest, a golf course can provide a beautiful and diverse backdrop for your photos.  One of the benefits of shooting on a golf course is the wide variety of settings and backgrounds that are available. From the lush green fairways and rough to the sand bunkers and water hazards, there are plenty of visually interesting elements that can add depth and interest to your photos. Additionally, the natural light on a golf course can be particularly beautiful, providing a soft and flattering glow that is perfect for portrait photography.

To get the most out of your photoshoot, it's important to choose the right location on the golf course and plan accordingly. For example, we may want to choose a spot with a particularly scenic view, such as a hole with a lake or pond in the background, or a hole with a dramatic elevation change. Alternatively, we may want to focus on more subtle details, such as the texture of the grass or the reflections in a bunker.

We got some really cool action shots on the green and we created a special action composite shot of her chipping the ball out of the sand bunker.

Adding this golf coarse portion to Bailey's session was a fun and unique way to capture some beautiful and memorable photos and to incorporate all of who she was as a senior in high school. The golf course provided a wide variety of settings and backgrounds that are always perfect for photography.  It was super fun and I enjoyed every minute of working with Bailey.
